Bacon and Brown Sugar Meatloaf

Just the right amount of savory and sweet to give you a flavorful, juicy meatloaf you will love!

Step: 1

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a loaf pan with cooking spray.

Step: 2

Spread ketchup over the bottom of the loaf pan; spread brown sugar over the ketchup.

Step: 3

Combine ground beef, crackers, eggs, onion, garlic, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Form mixture into a loaf and place in the prepared pan. Lay bacon strips on top in a lattice or other pattern.

Step: 4

Bake in the preheated oven until juices run clear and bacon is cooked, about 1 hour.
