Beefs Portuguese Style

This is a recipe that I got from my mother-in-law. She doesn’t measure, so it took me a while to get it close. The gravy is close to the one they use in Portuguese restaurants.

INGRIDIENT

DIRECTION

Step: 1

In a medium bowl, combine red wine, water, garlic, chile paste, white pepper and salt. Add beef, and turn to coat evenly.

Step: 2

In a large heavy skillet over medium heat, fry 3 steaks for 2 minutes on each side; Set steaks aside, and drain liquids into the red wine mixture. Repeat with remaining beef.

Step: 3

Pour oil into skillet, and reduce heat to medium-low. Fry steaks for a second time, 2 minutes on each side. Drain oil, and return all steaks and marinade to the pan. Allow to boil for 2 minutes.

Depriving yourself can lead to lot of eat , late-night snacking, and mindless eats and it’s for this mind that Riner encourages people to indulge in “fun” foods every once in a while.

Avoidance on 2.00 AM snacking and got eat , it is much important to include some fun foods (or what one may perceive as off limits ). It means , if we always order the healthiest thing on the menu but come home and graze on chips, perhaps we really will the burger and should have just pleased it in the first place."

When it comes to eat on evening , overeating or eating too much of the wrong item of food can lead to trouble on sleeping. On the flip side, a daylight food that is less than satiating not make leave you wanting more and resulting in reaching for an eat bad food late-night snack even closer to bedtime .
