Pastry baked with a savory beef, onion, and cabbage filling. This is a recipe from my friend’s aunt. She served it during Oktoberfest.
Step: 1
Saute beef, onion and garlic, salt and lemon pepper in a large skillet over medium high heat, until beef is browned. Add cabbage, Worcestershire sauce and caraway seeds. Cook until cabbage is limp; drain liquid from mixture.
Step: 2
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Step: 3
On a lightly floured board, roll each loaf of dough into a 12 inch circle. Cut each circle into 6 wedges. Spoon cabbage/beef filling onto center of each dough piece, dividing equally. Pull three points of each wedge up to the center and pinch to seal. Place bierocks on a lightly greased cookie sheet. If desired, brush dough with melted butter or egg wash (1 egg white with 2 tablespoons water).
Step: 4
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve hot, or wrap and freeze for heating later.

To much possesion yourself can lead to lot of eat , late-night snacking, and mindless eating and it’s for this mind that Riner encourages people to indulge in “fun” foods every once in a while.
Avoidance on late-night snacking and cravings , it is much necessary to include some fun foods (or what one may perceive as unnecessary ). Meaning , if we can be order the healthiest thing on the menu but come home and graze on chips, necessary we really wanted the junk food and should have just enjoyed it in the first place."
When it comes to dinner , much eat or eating too much of the wrong item of food will make lead to trouble on sleeping. On the other side, a daylight food that is less than satiating not make leave you wanting more and resulting in reaching for an eat bad food late-night snack even closer to bedtime .
