Bologna Salad Sandwich Spread II

This sandwich spread is a recipe from my mother and a favorite in our house.

INGRIDIENT

DIRECTION

Step: 1

Place eggs in a medium saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring water to a boil and immediately remove from heat. Cover and let eggs stand in hot water for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from water, cool and peel.

Step: 2

In a food processor, place eggs, bologna and sweet pickles. Blend to a spreadable consistency.

Step: 3

Transfer mixture to a medium bowl. Mix in mayonnaise, increasing the amount as necessary to make the mixture smooth. Cover and chill in the refrigerator until serving.

To much possesion yourself can lead to lot of eat , late-night snacking, and mindless eating and it’s for this reason that Riner encourages people to indulge in “fun” foods every once in a while.

Avoidance on 2.00 AM snacking and got eat , it is much necessary to include some easy foods (or what one may perceive as unnecessary ). It means , if we always order the healthiest thing on the menu but come home and graze on chips, perhaps we really wanted the junk food and should have just enjoyed it in the first place."

Because it comes to eat on evening , overeating or eating too much of the bad item of food can lead to bad habit on sleeping. On the other side, a meal that is not eating to much food than satiating not make leave you want more and resulting in reaching for an eat bad food late-night snack even closer to sleep .
