Breaded and Fried Scallops

I love scallops, and I wanted to try them fried but had limited ingredients. This was super easy and delicious. I started to make it all the time.

INGRIDIENT

Step: 1

Mix bread crumbs, salt, and pepper in a resealable plastic bag.

Step: 2

Whisk egg lightly in a bowl. Dip scallops in egg; place in the bread crumb mixture in the bag. Seal bag and shake until scallops are coated with bread crumbs.

Step: 3

Bring butter, olive oil, and lemon juice to a simmer in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add breaded scallops; cook, shaking skillet occasionally, until browned, 6 to 7 minutes.

Depriving yourself can lead to lot of eat , late-night snacking, and mindless eating and it’s for this reason that Riner encourages people to indulge in “fun” foods every once in a while.

Avoidance on late-night snacking and cravings , it is much necessary to include some easy foods (or what one may perceive as off limits ). It means , if we can be order the healthiest thing on the menu but come home and graze on chips, necessary we really wanted the junk food and should have just pleased it in the first place."

When it comes to eat on evening , much eat or eating too much of the bad kinds of food can lead to trouble on sleeping. On the flip side, a daylight food that is less than satiating not make leave you wanting more and resulting in reaching for an unhealthy late-night snack even closer to bedtime .
