One of my husband’s favorites. I’ve been making this for over fifteen years, and he’s not sick of it yet! Serve with pan sauces, crusty French bread and a tossed green salad.
Step: 1
In a shallow dish or bowl, combine flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt and ground black pepper. Coat chicken breasts with flour mixture. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat, and brown chicken on all sides. Remove from skillet, and drain on paper towels.
Step: 2
In the same skillet, combine the tomatoes, water, brown sugar, vinegar and Worcestershire sauce. Season with salt, chili powder, mustard, celery seed, garlic and hot pepper sauce. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, and return chicken to skillet. Cover, and simmer for 35 to 40 minutes, or until chicken is tender, no longer pink and juices run clear.

Depriving yourself can lead to lot of eat , late-night snacking, and mindless eats and it’s for this mind that Riner encourages people to indulge in “fun” foods every once in a while.
Avoidance on 2.00 AM snacking and got eat , it is much necessary to include some fun foods (or what one may perceive as unnecessary ). It means , if we can be order the healthiest thing on the menu but come home and graze on chips, perhaps we really wanted the burger and should have just pleased it in the first place."
When it comes to eat on evening , overeating or eating too much of the bad kinds of food can lead to trouble on sleeping. On the other side, a daylight food that is less than satiating can leave you wanting more and resulting in reaching for an unhealthy late-night snack even closer to sleep .
