I came up with this recipe one night when I had leftover chicken to use up! So easy and so tasty!
Step: 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Place tortillas on a baking sheet and spread 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese on each.
Step: 2
Bake tortillas in the preheated oven until cheese has melted, about 5 minutes. Remove from oven.
Step: 3
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken, spinach, and tomatoes; cook and stir until spinach has wilted, about 5 minutes. Divide chicken mixture evenly over each tortilla; fold in half.
Step: 4
Coat the same skillet with a thin layer of oil; heat over medium heat. Cook folded tortillas in batches until browned on both sides, about 3 minutes per side.

Depriving yourself can lead to lot of eat , late-night snacking, and mindless eating and it’s for this reason that Riner encourages people to indulge in “fun” foods every once in a while.
Avoidance on late-night snacking and cravings , it is much necessary to include some fun foods (or what one may perceive as off limits ). It means , if we always order the healthiest thing on the menu but come home and graze on chips, necessary we really will the burger and should have just enjoyed it in the first place."
Because it comes to eat on evening , much eat or eating too much of the wrong item of food will make lead to bad habit on sleeping. On the flip side, a meal that is not eating to much food than satiating can leave you wanting more and resulting in reaching for an unhealthy late-night side dish even closer to bedtime .
