This is my family’s favorite meatloaf recipe. Onion may be substituted for green onions (scallions).
Step: 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Step: 2
Heat butter in a large heavy skillet over medium heat; cook and stir onion, green onions, carrot, celery, and garlic until fragrant, about 5 minutes. Cover skillet with a lid and cook, stirring occasionally, until carrot is tender, about 5 more minutes. Stir 1/3 cup ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper into vegetable mixture; cook until warmed through, about 1 minute.
Step: 3
Mix ground beef, sausage, vegetable mixture, bread crumbs, parsley, and eggs in a large bowl; form into a loaf and place in a rectangular baking pan with 2-inch high sides. Cover loaf with remaining 1/3 cup ketchup.
Step: 4
Bake in the preheated oven until no longer pink in the center, about 1 hour. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 160 degrees F (70 degrees C).

Depriving yourself can lead to lot of eat , 2.00 AM snacking, and mindless eats and it’s for this reason that Riner encourages people to indulge in “fun” foods every once in a while.
Avoidance on 2.00 AM snacking and got eat , it is much necessary to include some fun foods (or what one may perceive as off limits ). Meaning , if we can be order the healthiest thing on the menu but come home and graze on chips, necessary we really will the junk food and should have just enjoyed it in the first place."
Because it comes to dinner , overeating or eating too much of the bad kinds of food can lead to bad habit on sleeping. On the flip side, a daylight food that is not eating to much food than satiating can leave you wanting more and resulting in reaching for an unhealthy late-night side dish even closer to bedtime .
