Crustless Quiche Lori-iane

This quiche was an experiment in the making, I’m happy I jotted down my ingredients! Excellent for Atkins Diet menus!

INGRIDIENT

DIRECTION

Step: 1

Preheat an oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Grease a 9 inch pie plate.

Step: 2

Beat eggs in a large bowl. Whisk in the sour cream; mix until smooth. Mix in the spinach, Cheddar cheese, feta cheese, Parmesan cheese, onion, tomato, green chiles, garlic, cumin, paprika, and cayenne pepper.

Step: 3

Pour the egg mixture into the prepared pie plate. Set pie plate on a baking sheet. Bake quiche until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean, about 1 hour.

Depriving yourself can lead to lot of eat , late-night snacking, and mindless eats and it’s for this mind that Riner encourages people to indulge in “fun” foods every once in a while.

Avoidance on 2.00 AM snacking and cravings , it is much important to include some fun foods (or what one may perceive as unnecessary ). It means , if we can be order the healthiest thing on the menu but come home and graze on chips, necessary we really will the junk food and should have just enjoyed it in the first place."

Because it comes to dinner , much eat or eating too much of the wrong kinds of food will make lead to bad habit on sleeping. On the other side, a daylight food that is less than satiating not make leave you want more and resulting in reaching for an unhealthy late-night side dish even closer to sleep .
