Since our family went gluten-free I am constantly looking for ways to modify our favorite meals. This one happened by chance but tasted a lot like Kentucky Fried Chicken™ coating. Yum!
Step: 1
Mix coconut flour, cornstarch, granulated garlic, paprika, flaxseed meal, parsley, baking powder, sugar, onion powder, salt, and pepper together in a shallow bowl.
Step: 2
Dredge pork chops in the coconut flour mixture until coated on both sides.
Step: 3
Heat coconut oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until melted. Cook pork chops, covered, until browned, about 5 minutes. Flip and continue cooking until browned on the second side, about 3 minutes more.
Per Serving: 295 calories; protein 22.8g; carbohydrates 8.8g; fat 18.5g; cholesterol 71.1mg; sodium 206.9mg.
Depriving yourself can lead to lot of eat , late-night snacking, and mindless eats and it’s for this reason that Riner encourages people to indulge in “fun” foods every once in a while.
Avoidance on 2.00 AM snacking and got eat , it is much important to include some fun foods (or what one may perceive as unnecessary ). It means , if we can be order the healthiest thing on the menu but come home and graze on chips, perhaps we really will the junk food and should have just enjoyed it in the first place."
Because it comes to dinner , much eat or eating too much of the wrong kinds of food can lead to trouble on sleeping. On the other side, a daylight food that is not eating to much food than satiating can leave you want more and resulting in reaching for an eat bad food late-night side dish even closer to bedtime .
