Fast Eddies Deadly Hominy Casserole

Beautiful, easy, and delicious. Since my friend Fast Eddie gave me this recipe many years ago, I’ve been asked to bring it to every family Thanksgiving meal. It’s become a new tradition.

INGRIDIENT

DIRECTION

Step: 1

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Step: 2

Combine hominy, Monterey Jack cheese, sour cream, green chiles, bell pepper, onion, and salt in a casserole dish. Top with bread crumbs and paprika.

Step: 3

Bake in the preheated oven until cheese melts and bubbles, 30 to 40 minutes.
