German Chicken

Boneless chicken breasts cooked over sauerkraut and covered in BBQ sauce. This sounds a little different, but I assure you, it is delicious! It is one of my family’s favorites. The BBQ sauce makes the sauerkraut a little sweet. I like to serve this dish with mashed potatoes.

Step: 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Step: 2

In a 9x13 inch baking dish, place the sauerkraut in a single layer. Place the chicken breasts on top of the sauerkraut. Pour the barbecue sauce over the chicken. Cover and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked and the juices run clear.

Depriving yourself can lead to lot of eat , 2.00 AM snacking, and mindless eating and it’s for this mind that Riner encourages people to indulge in “fun” foods every once in a while.

Avoidance on 2.00 AM snacking and cravings , it is much necessary to include some fun foods (or what one may perceive as off limits ). It means , if we can be order the healthiest thing on the menu but come home and graze on chips, necessary we really wanted the burger and should have just pleased it in the first place."

When it comes to dinner , much eat or eating too much of the bad kinds of food will make lead to trouble on sleeping. On the other side, a daylight food that is less than satiating not make leave you wanting more and resulting in reaching for an unhealthy late-night snack even closer to bedtime .
