This is one of my favorite ‘stand by’ recipes. I keep the ingredients on hand to make a quick, delicious, satisfying meal.
Step: 1
In a large pot with boiling salted water cook penne pasta until al dente. Drain.
Step: 2
Meanwhile, in a large skillet over medium-high heat melt butter, add onion and garlic and cook for 2 minutes. Add chopped chicken and continue cooking, stirring occasionally until golden brown, about 5 to 6 minutes.
Step: 3
Reduce heat to medium- low. Drain and chop artichoke hearts and add them, chopped tomato, feta cheese, fresh parsley, lemon juice, dried oregano, and drained penne pasta to the large skillet. Cook until heated through, about 2 to 3 minutes.
Step: 4
Season with salt and ground black pepper. Serve warm.

Depriving yourself can lead to lot of eat , 2.00 AM snacking, and mindless eating and it’s for this reason that Riner encourages people to indulge in “fun” foods every once in a while.
Avoidance on 2.00 AM snacking and cravings , it is much necessary to include some fun foods (or what one may perceive as unnecessary ). It means , if we can be order the healthiest thing on the menu but come home and graze on chips, perhaps we really will the burger and should have just pleased it in the first place."
Because it comes to eat on evening , much eat or eating too much of the bad kinds of food can lead to trouble on sleeping. On the other side, a daylight food that is not eating to much food than satiating not make leave you wanting more and resulting in reaching for an unhealthy late-night snack even closer to bedtime .
