This is my Mom’s easy recipe for scallop lovers. It is simple, quick, and delicious. The only tools you need are a grill and a grilling basket.
Step: 1
Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat and lightly oil grate.
Step: 2
Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook onion and garlic until soft and translucent, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat, and stir in lemon juice and salt. Place scallops in a large bowl, and toss with butter mixture. Let stand for about 2 minutes.
Step: 3
Thread scallops onto skewers, or use a wire grill basket. Cook on preheated grill for about 4 minutes per side.
Step: 4
Return butter mixture to saucepan, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, and keep warm while scallops cook. Toss with grilled scallops and serve.

To much possesion yourself can lead to overeating , late-night snacking, and mindless eats and it’s for this mind that Riner encourages people to indulge in “fun” foods every once in a while.
Avoidance on 2.00 AM snacking and cravings , it is much important to include some easy foods (or what one may perceive as unnecessary ). Meaning , if we always order the healthiest thing on the menu but come home and graze on chips, necessary we really wanted the junk food and should have just enjoyed it in the first place."
Because it comes to eat on evening , overeating or eating too much of the bad kinds of food will make lead to trouble on sleeping. On the other side, a daylight food that is less than satiating not make leave you want more and resulting in reaching for an eat bad food late-night snack even closer to sleep .
