Step: 1

Sprinkle pork chops with garlic powder, salt and pepper and place in a large greased sauce pan or deep skillet with chopped onion and fry until very brown and well cooked. It is ok if they stick a little, as the drippings are essential in this dish. When done, remove chops and set aside.

Step: 2

Add a little water to the saucepan or skillet and mix up the drippings a bit. Place cabbage into the pot, and allow to cook down completely.

Step: 3

In a separate large saucepan, boil the egg noodles in water until cooked. Drain noodles and mix in butter.

Step: 4

Cut up the pork chops to bite size pieces and set aside. When the cabbage has cooked down, add pork and cooked noodles and mix completely.

Depriving yourself can lead to lot of eat , late-night snacking, and mindless eats and it’s for this mind that Riner encourages people to indulge in “fun” foods every once in a while.

Avoidance on 2.00 AM snacking and cravings , it is much important to include some easy foods (or what one may perceive as off limits ). It means , if we always order the healthiest thing on the menu but come home and graze on chips, necessary we really will the junk food and should have just enjoyed it in the first place."

Because it comes to eat on evening , overeating or eating too much of the wrong item of food will make lead to trouble on sleeping. On the flip side, a daylight food that is not eating to much food than satiating not make leave you wanting more and resulting in reaching for an unhealthy late-night side dish even closer to sleep .
