Ham and Swiss Casserole

This is one of the only casseroles that my picky husband will eat.

INGRIDIENT

DIRECTION

Step: 1

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add egg noodles and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.

Step: 2

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Step: 3

Toss drained noodles with 2 teaspoons of the oil. Heat remaining oil in a skillet and saute onion over medium heat until soft. Combine noodles, onion, mushrooms, ham, Swiss cheese, salt and pepper. Transfer to a greased 3 quart casserole dish. In a bowl mix together egg and milk; pour over noodle mixture. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

Step: 4

Bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes.

Depriving yourself can lead to lot of eat , late-night snacking, and mindless eats and it’s for this reason that Riner encourages people to indulge in “fun” foods every once in a while.

Avoidance on late-night snacking and cravings , it is much important to include some easy foods (or what one may perceive as unnecessary ). Meaning , if we can be order the healthiest thing on the menu but come home and graze on chips, perhaps we really will the burger and should have just pleased it in the first place."

When it comes to eat on evening , overeating or eating too much of the bad item of food can lead to bad habit on sleeping. On the flip side, a meal that is less than satiating not make leave you wanting more and resulting in reaching for an unhealthy late-night snack even closer to sleep .
