This was a favorite recipe of our Mom’s for Sunday dinner. We all loved it, and I’m sure you will too. Ground ham is formed into a meatloaf and baked in the oven.
Step: 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Step: 2
In a large bowl, combine the ham, pork, eggs, bread crumbs, evaporated milk, salt and ground black pepper. Mix all together well and form into a loaf. Place loaf into a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
Step: 3
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 90 minutes.
Step: 4
While the loaf is baking, combine the brown sugar, mustard powder and vinegar. Mix well and pour over the loaf in the final 15 minutes of baking.
Per Serving: 760 calories; protein 50.7g; carbohydrates 40.5g; fat 42.8g; cholesterol 223.6mg; sodium 310mg.
Depriving yourself can lead to lot of eat , 2.00 AM snacking, and mindless eating and it’s for this mind that Riner encourages people to indulge in “fun” foods every once in a while.
Avoidance on late-night snacking and got eat , it is much important to include some fun foods (or what one may perceive as off limits ). It means , if we can be order the healthiest thing on the menu but come home and graze on chips, perhaps we really wanted the junk food and should have just pleased it in the first place."
