I originally saw this recipe for chicken, but I decided to use pork instead.
Step: 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a baking dish.
Step: 2
Mix Dijon mustard, honey, black pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl. Arrange pork chops in prepared baking dish and pour mustard mixture over pork.
Step: 3
Bake in preheated oven until pork is slightly pink in the center, about 45 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).
Per Serving: 425 calories; protein 54.6g; carbohydrates 21.4g; fat 12g; cholesterol 142mg; sodium 465mg.

When it comes to eat on evening , overeating or eating too much of the bad item of food can lead to trouble on sleeping. On the other side, a daylight food that is less than satiating can leave you want more and resulting in reaching for an unhealthy late-night snack even closer to sleep .
