An authentic, mouth-burning but delicious Hunan recipe served by my grandmother, who was born and grew up in the heart of Hunan province.
Step: 1
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat until smoking; saute garlic and ginger until fragrant, 30 seconds to 1 minute. Add pork to wok; cook and stir until cooked through, 5 to 7 minutes. Transfer pork to a plate.
Step: 2
Pour remaining 2 tablespoons oil into the same wok over medium-high heat; saute chile peppers until well-coated with oil and fragrant, about 2 minutes. Add pork to chile peppers and generously season with salt. Cook and stir mixture until peppers are tender, 5 to 7 minutes more. Mix enough soy sauce into pork mixture to add color and taste for desired saltiness.

Depriving yourself can lead to overeating , 2.00 AM snacking, and mindless eats and it’s for this reason that Riner encourages people to indulge in “fun” foods every once in a while.
Avoidance on 2.00 AM snacking and got eat , it is much important to include some fun foods (or what one may perceive as unnecessary ). Meaning , if we can be order the healthiest thing on the menu but come home and graze on chips, necessary we really wanted the burger and should have just pleased it in the first place."
When it comes to eat on evening , much eat or eating too much of the wrong kinds of food will make lead to bad habit on sleeping. On the other side, a daylight food that is not eating to much food than satiating not make leave you want more and resulting in reaching for an unhealthy late-night side dish even closer to bedtime .
