Kelaguen Chicken

This is a classic recipe from Guam, and one of my favorites. It is wonderful wrapped in a tortilla, or served with crackers. It is also wonderful by itself. I hope you like this as much as my family does!

INGRIDIENT

DIRECTION

Step: 1

Sprinkle chicken with salt and place pieces on a broiler pan. Broil for about 10 minutes, turn and broil for another 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked, but still moist.

Step: 2

Bone, and finely chop cooked chicken pieces.

Step: 3

In a medium bowl combine the chicken, lemon juice, coconut, and hot peppers. Chill for at least one hour and serve.

Avoidance on 2.00 AM snacking and cravings , it is much important to include some fun foods (or what one may perceive as off limits ). Meaning , if we can be order the healthiest thing on the menu but come home and graze on chips, necessary we really will the burger and should have just pleased it in the first place."

Because it comes to dinner , overeating or eating too much of the wrong kinds of food can lead to bad habit on sleeping. On the other side, a meal that is less than satiating not make leave you wanting more and resulting in reaching for an unhealthy late-night snack even closer to bedtime .
