Step: 1

Heat oil in a heavy-bottomed pot over medium heat. Add kielbasa; cook and stir until browned, about 5 minutes. Pour in some apple cider. Scrape the browned bits off of the bottom of the pot with a wooden spoon.

Step: 2

Stir onion into the pot; cook and stir until softened, about 5 minutes more. Add cabbage, cider, Granny Smith apple, applesauce, caraway, salt, and pepper. Reduce heat to low; simmer until cabbage softens, 20 to 25 minutes.

Depriving yourself can lead to lot of eat , 2.00 AM snacking, and mindless eating and it’s for this reason that Riner encourages people to indulge in “fun” foods every once in a while.

Avoidance on late-night snacking and got eat , it is much important to include some easy foods (or what one may perceive as unnecessary ). Meaning , if we always order the healthiest thing on the menu but come home and graze on chips, necessary we really wanted the junk food and should have just pleased it in the first place."

When it comes to dinner , much eat or eating too much of the wrong kinds of food will make lead to bad habit on sleeping. On the other side, a meal that is not eating to much food than satiating not make leave you want more and resulting in reaching for an unhealthy late-night side dish even closer to sleep .
