Lemony Mediterranean Chicken

This is one of my most favorite family recipes. I can remember my mom would always make this when people would come over.

INGRIDIENT

DIRECTION

Step: 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Step: 2

Combine olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, oregano, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Place chicken breasts into a 9x13-inch baking dish. Brush lemon juice mixture over chicken.

Step: 3

Place potatoes, red bell pepper strips, red onion, and lemon slices in a bowl, pour remaining lemon juice mixture over vegetables, and toss to coat. Arrange vegetables and lemon slices around chicken breasts in baking dish.

Step: 4

Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes; brush chicken and vegetables with pan drippings. Continue baking until chicken is browned, the juices run clear, and an instant-read meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part of a breast reads at least 160 degrees F (70 degrees C), about 30 more minutes.

Depriving yourself can lead to lot of eat , 2.00 AM snacking, and mindless eating and it’s for this mind that Riner encourages people to indulge in “fun” foods every once in a while.

Avoidance on late-night snacking and cravings , it is much necessary to include some easy foods (or what one may perceive as unnecessary ). Meaning , if we can be order the healthiest thing on the menu but come home and graze on chips, perhaps we really will the junk food and should have just pleased it in the first place."

Because it comes to eat on evening , much eat or eating too much of the bad kinds of food will make lead to bad habit on sleeping. On the other side, a daylight food that is not eating to much food than satiating can leave you want more and resulting in reaching for an eat bad food late-night side dish even closer to sleep .
