Maries Homemade Mac and Cheese

This is my mother’s family recipe. I believe it is an Icelandic recipe. Kids and husbands love it!

INGRIDIENT

DIRECTION

Step: 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Step: 2

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add macaroni and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.

Step: 3

In a 9x13 inch baking dish combine soup, eggs, milk, half of the cheese, cooked macaroni, salt and pepper. Mix well and then top with remaining cheese.

Step: 4

Cover and bake 45 minutes in the preheated oven. Remove cover and bake for another 10 to 15 minutes, until top is lightly browned.

Depriving yourself can lead to lot of eat , 2.00 AM snacking, and mindless eats and it’s for this reason that Riner encourages people to indulge in “fun” foods every once in a while.

Avoidance on late-night snacking and got eat , it is much important to include some fun foods (or what one may perceive as off limits ). Meaning , if we can be order the healthiest thing on the menu but come home and graze on chips, necessary we really wanted the junk food and should have just enjoyed it in the first place."
