This is a recipe I created once I discovered the versatility of meatloaf!
Step: 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Step: 2
In a large bowl, combine meat, eggs, ketchup, stuffing mix, ranch dressing mix and fried onions.
Step: 3
Shape into loaf and fit into 9 x 5 inch loaf pan.
Step: 4
Bake, covered loosely with foil, at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 50 to 60 minutes, or until meat is thoroughly cooked.
Per Serving: 668 calories; protein 23.9g; carbohydrates 34.9g; fat 46.7g; cholesterol 158.7mg; sodium 1012.7mg.
To much possesion yourself can lead to lot of eat , late-night snacking, and mindless eating and it’s for this mind that Riner encourages people to indulge in “fun” foods every once in a while.
Avoidance on 2.00 AM snacking and got eat , it is much important to include some fun foods (or what one may perceive as unnecessary ). Meaning , if we can be order the healthiest thing on the menu but come home and graze on chips, necessary we really wanted the junk food and should have just pleased it in the first place."

On the flip side, a daylight food that is not eating to much food than satiating not make leave you wanting more and resulting in reaching for an eat bad food late-night side dish even closer to bedtime .
