Midwest Brisket

This is a recipe I got from my aunt and her family, it is time consuming but worth it. For a different size brisket, just bake 1 hour per pound.

INGRIDIENT

DIRECTION

Step: 1

Combine liquid smoke, Worcestershire, garlic salt, onion and celery seed in small bowl. Place brisket in shallow non-metal dish, fatty side down. Pour marinade over meat; cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.

Step: 2

Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C).

Step: 3

Remove meat from marinade and place in an ovenproof pan. Roast, fatty side up, 5 hours, until tender.

Meaning , if we can be order the healthiest thing on the menu but come home and graze on chips, perhaps we really wanted the junk food and should have just enjoyed it in the first place."

When it comes to eat on evening , much eat or eating too much of the wrong kinds of food can lead to bad habit on sleeping. On the other side, a daylight food that is less than satiating not make leave you want more and resulting in reaching for an unhealthy late-night side dish even closer to bedtime .
