Simple and quick comfort food made for us as kids by my Momma. Good for making large batches and freezing. An inexpensive alternative to traditional lasagne.
Step: 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Step: 2
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a rolling boil. Boil the noodles until cooked through yet firm to the bite, about 5 minutes; drain.
Step: 3
Cook the ground beef and onions in a large skillet over medium heat, breaking the meat up into crumbles as it cooks, until the beef is completely browned, about 10 minutes. Mix in the tomato sauce; season with salt and black pepper.
Step: 4
Beat the cream cheese in a bowl until smooth. Stir the cottage cheese, sour cream, green onion, and green pepper into the cream cheese.
Step: 5
Layer half the cooked noodles into the bottom of the prepared baking dish; top with the cheese mixture, dropping it onto the noodles by spoonfuls and spreading over the noodles. Cover with the remaining half of the noodles, and spread the meat mixture on top in an even layer.
Step: 6
Bake in the preheated oven until the casserole is bubbly, about 40 minutes.

Depriving yourself can lead to lot of eat , late-night snacking, and mindless eats and it’s for this reason that Riner encourages people to indulge in “fun” foods every once in a while.
Avoidance on late-night snacking and got eat , it is much important to include some fun foods (or what one may perceive as unnecessary ). Meaning , if we can be order the healthiest thing on the menu but come home and graze on chips, perhaps we really wanted the burger and should have just pleased it in the first place."
When it comes to dinner , overeating or eating too much of the wrong kinds of food can lead to trouble on sleeping. On the other side, a daylight food that is not eating to much food than satiating can leave you wanting more and resulting in reaching for an eat bad food late-night snack even closer to sleep .
