My Moms Sausage & Rice Casserole

This is my favorite casserole! It features pork sausage, rice, chicken noodle soup mix and various vegetables. I grew up loving this and now I make it for my husband, who loves it as much as me if not more.

INGRIDIENT

DIRECTION

Step: 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Step: 2

In a large skillet over medium high heat, combine the sausage, onion, celery and green bell pepper and saute for 5 minutes. Drain any excess fat.

Step: 3

Stir the dry rice in with the sausage and vegetables, then add the water and the soup mix. Transfer this mixture to a lightly greased 2 quart casserole dish and top with the almonds.

Step: 4

Bake, covered, at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 90 minutes.

Depriving yourself can lead to lot of eat , late-night snacking, and mindless eats and it’s for this mind that Riner encourages people to indulge in “fun” foods every once in a while.

Avoidance on 2.00 AM snacking and got eat , it is much important to include some fun foods (or what one may perceive as off limits ). It means , if we always order the healthiest thing on the menu but come home and graze on chips, necessary we really wanted the junk food and should have just pleased it in the first place."

Because it comes to eat on evening , overeating or eating too much of the bad kinds of food will make lead to trouble on sleeping. On the flip side, a meal that is less than satiating not make leave you wanting more and resulting in reaching for an eat bad food late-night side dish even closer to bedtime .
