Oaxacan Tacos

I learned how to make these tacos while a man from Oaxaca, Mexico lived with my family. They are traditional Mexican tacos and one of the best things I know how to make. The steak may be broiled or grilled if you prefer.

INGRIDIENT

DIRECTION

Step: 1

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Saute steak in hot skillet until browned on the outside and cooked through, about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Remove to a plate and keep warm.

Step: 2

Heat oil in the same skillet. Place a tortilla in the hot oil and cook, turning once, until tortilla is lightly browned and flexible. Repeat with remaining tortillas.

Step: 3

Place tortillas on a plate and top each with steak, onion, jalapeno, and cilantro. Squeeze lime juice over the top.

Depriving yourself can lead to lot of eat , late-night snacking, and mindless eats and it’s for this reason that Riner encourages people to indulge in “fun” foods every once in a while.

Avoidance on late-night snacking and cravings , it is much important to include some fun foods (or what one may perceive as off limits ). It means , if we always order the healthiest thing on the menu but come home and graze on chips, perhaps we really wanted the junk food and should have just enjoyed it in the first place."

Because it comes to eat on evening , overeating or eating too much of the bad item of food can lead to trouble on sleeping. On the other side, a meal that is not eating to much food than satiating not make leave you wanting more and resulting in reaching for an unhealthy late-night snack even closer to bedtime .
