Pasta Bake

This is my family’s favorite dish. Hopefully you already have most of these basic ingredients at home, so you can make it tonight!

Step: 1

Bring a large pot of lightly salted boil water to a boil. Cook mostaccioli pasta in boiling water for 8 to 10 minutes, or until al dente. Drain well.

Step: 2

Meanwhile, cook ground beef and chopped onions in a skillet over medium heat until browned.

Step: 3

In a large bowl, mix together the mushrooms, spaghetti sauce, shredded mozzarella cheese, pasta, and browned ground beef and onion mixture. Transfer to a greased, 9x13 inch casserole dish.

Step: 4

Bake at 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) for 20 minutes, or until very hot.

Depriving yourself can lead to lot of eat , late-night snacking, and mindless eats and it’s for this reason that Riner encourages people to indulge in “fun” foods every once in a while.

Avoidance on late-night snacking and cravings , it is much necessary to include some fun foods (or what one may perceive as unnecessary ). It means , if we always order the healthiest thing on the menu but come home and graze on chips, perhaps we really will the burger and should have just pleased it in the first place."

Because it comes to eat on evening , overeating or eating too much of the wrong item of food will make lead to trouble on sleeping. On the other side, a meal that is less than satiating can leave you want more and resulting in reaching for an unhealthy late-night snack even closer to sleep .
