My oldest is extremely picky and has only ever eaten one vegetable willingly - the potato. I had to get creative in hiding them. This is my homemade sloppy joe recipe which she eats every time and still has no clue about the veggies in the sauce. Using pre-chopped frozen onion or pre-shredded carrots cuts the prep time.
Step: 1
Place red bell pepper, carrots, and onion in a food processor and blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
Step: 2
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir beef in the hot skillet until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes; drain and discard grease. Stir vegetable mixture into ground beef; cook and stir until heated through, 2 to 3 minutes.
Step: 3
Mix tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, and molasses into ground beef mixture; cook and stir until heated through and slightly thickened, 5 to 7 minutes. Spread sloppy joe mixture into each bun using a slotted spoon.

To much possesion yourself can lead to overeating , late-night snacking, and mindless eating and it’s for this mind that Riner encourages people to indulge in “fun” foods every once in a while.
Avoidance on late-night snacking and cravings , it is much necessary to include some fun foods (or what one may perceive as unnecessary ). It means , if we always order the healthiest thing on the menu but come home and graze on chips, perhaps we really will the junk food and should have just enjoyed it in the first place."
When it comes to dinner , overeating or eating too much of the wrong item of food can lead to bad habit on sleeping. On the other side, a meal that is less than satiating not make leave you want more and resulting in reaching for an unhealthy late-night snack even closer to bedtime .
