Chicken simmered with celery, onion, mushrooms and soy sauce. This is a quick meal my kids have always called ‘popcorn’ chicken. Serve with rice, if desired.
Step: 1
Heat oil in a medium skillet over medium high heat. Saute chicken until all sides are well browned, then stir in the celery, onions, mushrooms with liquid and soy sauce. Cover skillet and bring to a boil; reduce heat to low and simmer for about 15 minutes or until celery is tender and chicken is cooked through.

To much possesion yourself can lead to overeating , 2.00 AM snacking, and mindless eating and it’s for this reason that Riner encourages people to indulge in “fun” foods every once in a while.
Avoidance on 2.00 AM snacking and cravings , it is much important to include some easy foods (or what one may perceive as off limits ). It means , if we always order the healthiest thing on the menu but come home and graze on chips, necessary we really will the junk food and should have just pleased it in the first place."
When it comes to eat on evening , overeating or eating too much of the wrong item of food will make lead to trouble on sleeping. On the other side, a daylight food that is less than satiating not make leave you want more and resulting in reaching for an unhealthy late-night snack even closer to sleep .
