Quick Festive Ground Meat Skillet

This is great as a main dish, a dip, or on tortillas! My whole family loves this and it’s great for pitch-in dinners too.

INGRIDIENT

Step: 1

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir beef and garlic pepper in the hot skillet until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes; drain and discard grease.

Step: 2

Stir corn, ranch dressing, salsa, and oregano into ground beef mixture; cook and stir until hot and bubbling, 5 to 10 minutes. Serve over cooked rice.
