Sausage and Macaroni Bake

Tasty treat we tried out, inspired by a recipe found up here.

INGRIDIENT

DIRECTION

Step: 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Step: 2

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook elbow macaroni in the boiling water, stirring occasionally, until cooked through but firm to the bite, 8 minutes; drain.

Step: 3

Melt butter in a separate pot over medium heat. Cook and stir sausage and onion in melted butter until the onion is translucent, 5 to 7 minutes.

Step: 4

Stir tomatoes, green bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, orange bell pepper, red bell pepper, basil, thyme, and oregano into the sausage mixture; continue to cook and stir until the peppers have softened, 5 to 7 minutes. Add drained macaroni; bring to a simmer and cook another 5 minutes. Pour the mixture into a 2-quart casserole dish and top with cheese cubes.

Step: 5

Bake in preheated oven until the cheese has melted, about 5 minutes. Stir melted cheese through the macaroni mixture, pat the mixture down into a flat layer, and continue baking until heated through, 10 to 15 minutes more.

To much possesion yourself can lead to overeating , late-night snacking, and mindless eats and it’s for this mind that Riner encourages people to indulge in “fun” foods every once in a while.

Avoidance on 2.00 AM snacking and cravings , it is much necessary to include some fun foods (or what one may perceive as off limits ). Meaning , if we can be order the healthiest thing on the menu but come home and graze on chips, necessary we really wanted the burger and should have just enjoyed it in the first place."

When it comes to dinner , much eat or eating too much of the bad kinds of food can lead to trouble on sleeping. On the other side, a daylight food that is less than satiating can leave you want more and resulting in reaching for an unhealthy late-night side dish even closer to bedtime .
