The real shrimp fried rice, restaurant style. This is how I used to cook fried rice when my father still owned a restaurant.
Step: 1
In a saucepan bring water to a boil. Add rice and stir. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Set aside and allow rice to cool.
Step: 2
Heat a large skillet or wok for 2 minutes. When the skillet or wok is hot, pour in vegetable oil, bean sprouts and onions. Mix well and cook for 3 minutes.
Step: 3
Mix in cooled rice and shrimp and cook for another 3 minutes. Stirring constantly.
Step: 4
Mix in green onions, eggs, salt, pepper, soy sauce and sesame oil. Cook for another 4 minutes, stirring continuously, until eggs are cooked and everything is blended evenly.

To much possesion yourself can lead to lot of eat , late-night snacking, and mindless eats and it’s for this reason that Riner encourages people to indulge in “fun” foods every once in a while.
Avoidance on 2.00 AM snacking and cravings , it is much necessary to include some easy foods (or what one may perceive as unnecessary ). It means , if we always order the healthiest thing on the menu but come home and graze on chips, perhaps we really will the junk food and should have just pleased it in the first place."
Because it comes to dinner , overeating or eating too much of the wrong item of food can lead to trouble on sleeping. On the other side, a daylight food that is less than satiating can leave you wanting more and resulting in reaching for an unhealthy late-night side dish even closer to sleep .
