Simple Hamburger Stroganoff

I’ve always loved the taste of a good Stroganoff, but I hated the expense and preparation of beef tips or steak or roast beef to make it. So I created my own creamy Stroganoff.

INGRIDIENT

DIRECTION

Step: 1

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add egg noodles and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.

Step: 2

In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until no pink shows, about 5 minutes; drain fat.

Step: 3

Mix brown gravy, cream cheese, and mushrooms with hamburger, stirring until cream cheese melts. Add milk, sour cream, and mushroom soup to cooked pasta. Blend hamburger mixture with pasta.

Depriving yourself can lead to overeating , 2.00 AM snacking, and mindless eating and it’s for this reason that Riner encourages people to indulge in “fun” foods every once in a while.

Meaning , if we always order the healthiest thing on the menu but come home and graze on chips, necessary we really wanted the junk food and should have just enjoyed it in the first place."

When it comes to eat on evening , overeating or eating too much of the bad kinds of food will make lead to trouble on sleeping. On the other side, a daylight food that is not eating to much food than satiating not make leave you wanting more and resulting in reaching for an unhealthy late-night snack even closer to sleep .
