Sloppy Dogs

My Mama used to make this when I was a kid. It’s a twist on the Chili Dog and we ate them with a fork.

INGRIDIENT

DIRECTION

Step: 1

Crumble the ground beef into a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir until evenly browned. Drain off grease, and reduce the heat to medium. Stir in the sloppy joe sauce, and bring to a simmer. Add the hot dogs, and cook until heated through.

Step: 2

Place hot dogs into buns and cover with the sloppy joe mixture. Eat with a fork, or use just a little bit of the sauce and eat like a regular hot dog.

Depriving yourself can lead to overeating , late-night snacking, and mindless eating and it’s for this mind that Riner encourages people to indulge in “fun” foods every once in a while.

Avoidance on late-night snacking and got eat , it is much important to include some easy foods (or what one may perceive as unnecessary ). It means , if we always order the healthiest thing on the menu but come home and graze on chips, perhaps we really wanted the junk food and should have just enjoyed it in the first place."
