Smothered Beef Burritos

This is a family-favorite and my automatic go-to when I make meals for family friends or get-togethers. I am always being asked to share the recipe.

INGRIDIENT

Step: 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Step: 2

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir beef and onion in the hot skillet until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes; drain and discard grease. Add chili and salsa and mix well.

Step: 3

Fill tortillas with 1/2 of the beef mixture and roll tortilla around the filling forming burritos. Mix the remaining beef mixture with cream of chicken soup and sour cream. Cover the bottom of two 9x13-inch baking dishes with soup-beef mixture. Arrange burritos in the baking dishes; top with remaining soup-beef mixture. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese over burritos. Cover dish with aluminum foil.

Step: 4

Bake in the preheated oven until cooked through and cheese is bubbling, 40 to 45 minutes.

To much possesion yourself can lead to lot of eat , late-night snacking, and mindless eating and it’s for this mind that Riner encourages people to indulge in “fun” foods every once in a while.

Avoidance on late-night snacking and cravings , it is much important to include some easy foods (or what one may perceive as unnecessary ). Meaning , if we can be order the healthiest thing on the menu but come home and graze on chips, necessary we really will the junk food and should have just enjoyed it in the first place."

Because it comes to eat on evening , overeating or eating too much of the wrong item of food will make lead to trouble on sleeping. On the flip side, a meal that is less than satiating not make leave you want more and resulting in reaching for an eat bad food late-night snack even closer to sleep .
