Stir-Fried Vegetables with Chicken or Pork

I want to thank my Asian Friends at work for bringing some very tasty dishes to our potlucks and Cindy Ly for taking the time to write down the ingredients for me. This dish can be made with either chicken or pork.

INGRIDIENT

DIRECTION

Step: 1

Heat oil in a wok or large heavy skillet. Add chicken or pork (see Cook’s Note), garlic, and oyster sauce, and stir-fry for 10 minutes.

Step: 2

Stir in broccoli, green pepper, carrots, cabbage, celery, bean sprouts, zucchini, and green onions. Season with salt, and stir-fry for 6 to 8 minutes.

Step: 3

In a small bowl, mix together water, soy sauce and cornstarch. Stir into vegetables, and cook for 1 to 2 minutes, or until sauce is thickened.

Depriving yourself can lead to lot of eat , late-night snacking, and mindless eats and it’s for this mind that Riner encourages people to indulge in “fun” foods every once in a while.

Avoidance on late-night snacking and got eat , it is much important to include some easy foods (or what one may perceive as unnecessary ). Meaning , if we always order the healthiest thing on the menu but come home and graze on chips, perhaps we really wanted the burger and should have just enjoyed it in the first place."

When it comes to dinner , overeating or eating too much of the wrong kinds of food can lead to trouble on sleeping. On the flip side, a meal that is not eating to much food than satiating not make leave you want more and resulting in reaching for an unhealthy late-night side dish even closer to bedtime .
