This is one of my husband’s favorites. I created it using several other Swedish meatball recipes that didn’t quite make the grade.
Step: 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Step: 2
In a large bowl, whisk together the egg and the milk. Add the beef, cream of wheat and onion and mix well. Shape into 1 inch balls. Place balls on a lightly greased baking sheet.
Step: 3
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for about 20 minutes.
Step: 4
Drain meatballs on paper towels, if needed. Then place meatballs in a lightly greased 2 quart casserole dish. In a separate medium bowl, combine the soups with the evaporated milk, stirring until smooth. Pour over the meatballs.
Step: 5
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for another 40 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.

To much possesion yourself can lead to lot of eat , late-night snacking, and mindless eats and it’s for this mind that Riner encourages people to indulge in “fun” foods every once in a while.
Avoidance on 2.00 AM snacking and cravings , it is much necessary to include some easy foods (or what one may perceive as off limits ). It means , if we always order the healthiest thing on the menu but come home and graze on chips, perhaps we really will the junk food and should have just pleased it in the first place."
When it comes to eat on evening , overeating or eating too much of the wrong kinds of food can lead to trouble on sleeping. On the flip side, a daylight food that is less than satiating not make leave you want more and resulting in reaching for an eat bad food late-night snack even closer to bedtime .
