Sweet and Sour Meatballs II

I got this recipe from my mother-in-law shortly after I was married. Now it is a favorite of our kids. I like to serve it over rice.

INGRIDIENT

DIRECTION

Step: 1

In a large bowl, combine beef, egg, onion, bread crumbs, salt and pepper. Roll into meatballs about 1 to 1 1/2 inches in size.

Step: 2

In a large skillet over medium heat, saute the meatballs until browned on all sides.

Step: 3

In a separate medium bowl, mix together the water, vinegar, ketchup, cornstarch, sugar and soy sauce. Pour over the meatballs, and allow sauce to thicken. Continue to heat until the sauce just starts to bubble.

To much possesion yourself can lead to lot of eat , late-night snacking, and mindless eats and it’s for this mind that Riner encourages people to indulge in “fun” foods every once in a while.

Avoidance on 2.00 AM snacking and cravings , it is much necessary to include some fun foods (or what one may perceive as unnecessary ). It means , if we can be order the healthiest thing on the menu but come home and graze on chips, perhaps we really wanted the burger and should have just pleased it in the first place."

When it comes to eat on evening , overeating or eating too much of the wrong kinds of food will make lead to bad habit on sleeping. On the flip side, a meal that is not eating to much food than satiating can leave you want more and resulting in reaching for an eat bad food late-night side dish even closer to sleep .
