Step: 1

Preheat an oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a 3x7 inch loaf pan.

Step: 2

Beat the eggs in a bowl to mix. Whisk in the cracker crumbs, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and sage. Set aside 3 tablespoons of the Swiss cheese to use as a topping, and stir the rest into the egg mixture along with the ground beef. Pack the mixture into the prepared loaf pan.

Step: 3

Bake in the preheated oven until no longer pink in the center, about 1 hour. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 160 degrees F (70 degrees C). About 2 minutes before the meatloaf is ready, sprinkle with the reserved Swiss cheese, and return to the oven until melted.

To much possesion yourself can lead to lot of eat , late-night snacking, and mindless eats and it’s for this reason that Riner encourages people to indulge in “fun” foods every once in a while.

Avoidance on 2.00 AM snacking and got eat , it is much important to include some easy foods (or what one may perceive as off limits ). It means , if we always order the healthiest thing on the menu but come home and graze on chips, perhaps we really wanted the burger and should have just pleased it in the first place."

Because it comes to eat on evening , overeating or eating too much of the wrong kinds of food can lead to bad habit on sleeping. On the flip side, a daylight food that is less than satiating can leave you want more and resulting in reaching for an eat bad food late-night side dish even closer to bedtime .
