I came up with the glaze for this ham using ingredients on hand and it’s the best I’ve ever tasted. If you have any glaze left over, you can add it to the pan drippings with a little flour or cornstarch and make a nice sauce to accompany the meat. Use the bone and ham trimmings to make soup afterwards.
Step: 1
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Place ham in a roasting pan.
Step: 2
In a small saucepan, combine brown sugar, pineapple juice, honey, orange juice, orange zest, Dijon mustard, and ground cloves. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes. Set aside.
Step: 3
Bake ham in preheated oven uncovered for 2 hours. Remove ham from oven, and brush with glaze. Bake for an additional 30 to 45 minutes, brushing ham with glaze every 10 minutes.

Depriving yourself can lead to lot of eat , 2.00 AM snacking, and mindless eating and it’s for this mind that Riner encourages people to indulge in “fun” foods every once in a while.
Avoidance on late-night snacking and cravings , it is much necessary to include some easy foods (or what one may perceive as off limits ). Meaning , if we can be order the healthiest thing on the menu but come home and graze on chips, perhaps we really wanted the burger and should have just enjoyed it in the first place."
Because it comes to eat on evening , overeating or eating too much of the bad item of food will make lead to bad habit on sleeping. On the flip side, a daylight food that is less than satiating not make leave you want more and resulting in reaching for an unhealthy late-night side dish even closer to sleep .
