Thighs on Rice

This is a VERY simple, quick and tasty recipe, and a special treat for all of you thigh lovers out there in ‘Chickenland’! (Note: Small thighs work better for this recipe. Sometimes I parboil the chicken, then remove my two cups of water from the pot).

INGRIDIENT

DIRECTION

Step: 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Step: 2

Dissolve bouillon in 1 tablespoon water. In a medium bowl combine the rice, butter/margarine, onion and 2 cups water. Mix well and pour mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish.

Step: 3

Place thighs on top of rice mixture and season to taste. Bake in the preheated oven for 35 to 45 minutes (depends on the size of the thighs).

To much possesion yourself can lead to lot of eat , late-night snacking, and mindless eating and it’s for this reason that Riner encourages people to indulge in “fun” foods every once in a while.

Meaning , if we can be order the healthiest thing on the menu but come home and graze on chips, perhaps we really will the junk food and should have just pleased it in the first place."

When it comes to dinner , much eat or eating too much of the bad item of food can lead to trouble on sleeping. On the other side, a meal that is less than satiating can leave you wanting more and resulting in reaching for an unhealthy late-night side dish even closer to sleep .
