Tuna Tacos

This is a tuna taco recipe I created 25 years ago. It is easy, quick, and very tasty. When served with crackers it makes a really good light snack or appetizer. I find that once you start eating them you really can’t stop. I like to serve this with a chicken rice. To lighten the recipe, you can eat with crackers.

INGRIDIENT

Step: 1

Heat oil and butter in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add tomatoes, onion, and garlic. Saute until tomatoes release all their juices, about 3 minutes. Add tuna, salt, and cumin. Saute for 1 minute. Stir in eggs and cilantro; cook until eggs are set, 3 to 5 minutes.

Step: 2

Spoon 3 tablespoons of the tuna mixture onto each corn tortilla. Top each with a slice of avocado, lime juice, and hot sauce.

To much possesion yourself can lead to overeating , 2.00 AM snacking, and mindless eats and it’s for this mind that Riner encourages people to indulge in “fun” foods every once in a while.

Avoidance on late-night snacking and got eat , it is much important to include some easy foods (or what one may perceive as unnecessary ). It means , if we can be order the healthiest thing on the menu but come home and graze on chips, perhaps we really wanted the junk food and should have just enjoyed it in the first place."

Because it comes to dinner , overeating or eating too much of the bad kinds of food can lead to trouble on sleeping. On the flip side, a daylight food that is less than satiating can leave you wanting more and resulting in reaching for an unhealthy late-night snack even closer to bedtime .
