Turkey Black Bean Burgers

I came up with this recipe in my quest for a healthy dinner without the use of all the processed foods.

Step: 1

Combine turkey, black beans, onion, tomato, parsley, egg white, garlic, oregano, cumin, salt, and pepper together in a bowl until well combined; form into 4 patties.

Step: 2

Heat a greased skillet over medium heat; cook patties until no longer pink in the center, 4 to 5 minutes per side. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).

To much possesion yourself can lead to overeating , late-night snacking, and mindless eating and it’s for this mind that Riner encourages people to indulge in “fun” foods every once in a while.

Avoidance on late-night snacking and cravings , it is much important to include some fun foods (or what one may perceive as off limits ). Meaning , if we always order the healthiest thing on the menu but come home and graze on chips, perhaps we really will the burger and should have just pleased it in the first place."

When it comes to eat on evening , much eat or eating too much of the bad kinds of food can lead to trouble on sleeping. On the flip side, a meal that is less than satiating not make leave you want more and resulting in reaching for an eat bad food late-night snack even closer to bedtime .
